This article is about the Pokemon Black and White 2 Randomizer. The Pokemon Black and White 2 Randomizer, also known as the BW2 RANDOMIZER, is a program for the Nintendo DS that allows users to create unique randomized maps of Unova using any of 849 movesets. It was made by accident; its programmer wanted to make a map of Kanto, the first region in the Pokémon series, but accidentally used an area from Unova instead. It can be downloaded from http://www.pokemongiveaway.com/. The software has been downloaded several thousand times. It is also available for use on the PC versions of the games via emulation. The BW2 RANDOMIZER can be used to create maps like these: No new movesets were added to the Randomizer after the release of Black and White, though many of the original movesets had been altered by other means. A new version was released in April 14, 2011 called the "Black and White 2 Randomizer v1. 5", which added the ability to randomize the Pokémon. In Pokémon Black and White, all Pokémon can be randomised, but some of them will not appear on certain maps. In later generations, only the first 151 Pokémon can be randomised. Note that if a player encounters a version-exclusive Pokémon, they will not be able to return to their previous save file and must continue from the save file they chose. Some of these Pokemon include:These Pokemon are also generation-exclusive: Coming soon... Randomizing a starter is risky as it may make you stuck on certain areas due to their new moveset which may hinder your progress. Note that the game will ask for confirmation when you try to change the name of a Pokemon. If you input an already-used name, the game will say "Name's used!", but your game will be still be playable. All non-event Pokémon that are given out by in-game trainers in Generation IV games have their Hidden Abilities, with exception to Blue Rescue Team and Red Rescue Team. The latter two give out Pokémon at level 5, so it is impossible to get their hidden abilities unless you trade them from other games or store them in the PC. Also note that TMs can be used to teach any move to any Pokemon. Sometimes, users have released other means of creating Randomized Maps. One possible way is to use the "Palmtree Pokémon" glitch. First, choose to trade an Oddish with Revive. Then, trade Palpitoad into that place. Do not choose Sell or use Time Warp again. Then, leave the building and go through the second door. Then, go back inside and use Agility on Palpitoad to move him away from Oddish's spot on the table again. Next, go downstairs and check Palpitoad's status screen after he appears in your party at level 5. If he has no item or held item beside Leftovers, Pokémon Breeder mode is activated. cfa1e77820
